2. Orders & Custom Press-Ons
All orders for our custom press-on nails are subject to availability and our acceptance. Colors and designs may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.

Our products are for cosmetic use only. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damage to natural nails that may occur. Always follow our nail care and application instructions. Orders
By placing an order for our handcrafted press-on nails, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Spoiled Bunny's Nails reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspected unauthorized or illegal transactions.
Shipping
We aim to process and ship your unique sets as efficiently as possible. Standard processing time for non-custom orders is 3-5 business days. Shipping times and costs depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Spoiled Bunny's Nails is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance for international orders.
Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the user. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to discuss a replacement.
