Shipping Policy
All of our press-on nail sets are handmade to order just for you, babe. That means processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing Times
- Standard orders:
We hand-make your set within 3–5 business days before it ships.
- Free sizing kit orders:
• Your free sizing kit is processed within 1 business day and then shipped.
• Once you message us your sizes (in the your chosen length and shape), we start creating your custom press-on nail set.
• Your actual nail set will then follow our normal processing time once we have your sizes.
Shipping
- United States:
• Flat rate shipping: $5
• Free shipping on orders over $80
• Note: Free shipping thresholds and rates may change. Please check the latest details at checkout.
- International:
• Flat rate shipping: $14.99
• Free shipping on orders over $100
Made to Order
Every set is made by hand after you order, so processing times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy seasons. Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location.
Returns & Refund Process
Because each press-on nail set is handmade to order, returns work a little differently than mass-produced items. Please read this before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 7 days (a full week) of delivery.
2. Email clear photos of the nails and packaging to kyrah@spoiledbunnys.com.
3. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we will either:
- Remake the affected nails, or
- Offer store credit, depending on the situation.
Fit Issues
If you used a sizing kit:
- If your nails still don’t fit after using a sizing kit, contact us as soon as you realize there’s a fit issue.
- We’re happy to make you a brand new set in your correct sizes.
If you did NOT use a sizing kit:
- If the nails don’t fit because the wrong sizes were chosen without a sizing kit, we can’t offer a refund, but you’re welcome to order a new set with updated sizes.
Refund Method
Because every set is handmade, approved adjustments are usually issued as store credit, unless we state otherwise.
